Return of products

Products can be returned within a 14 day period. If you want to return a product, please contact us first to inform us you want to return one or more items. A product may only be returned if it's still sealed and undamaged. Only open the item ordered if you are sure you want to keep it.

Received wrong product

If you received a wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

Important

* Returns are at your own cost, unless the reason for return was due to an error of Spellen Domein.
* Make sure the return package is carefully packed; we will not be able to refund if the product is damaged during shipment.
* Add the receipt as proof of purchase to the package.
* Insufficient or unstamped packages are accepted by us, but the additional costs will be charged to you.
